its hard to explain something that cannot be expressed by words. because words always just come up short of the real meaning. people write poems, songs, letters, songs, etc... just to try and show the real meaning but its not enough. its never enough. but to love someone is not easy, because the fear of getting hurt again, or just getting hurt, is a feeling everyone, as much as they can, will avoid. its more than the "buterflies" one feels in their stomachs, or missing someone so bad that you cry, or trying everything you can do just to see that person again because you`re far away from each other. its more than those. but when its there, its there.
