with locations in
the Pearl District and Lake Oswego features 25 of the nation’s most
popular American food items.
Manzana means ‘apple’
in Spanish. In keeping with this theme, art throughout the
restaurant features apples. In addition, several of the
menu items will be roasted over apple wood and other fruitwoods.
At the core of Manzana’s menu is fire roasted rotisserie chicken
seasoned with a special blend of 30 spices. Other
entrees include beef back ribs, Midwest slow-roasted prime rib,
Châteaubriand cut filet mignon, wood-grilled fresh salmon and a
fresh vegetable platter.
A few of the
appetizers on the menu include jumbo wood-grilled artichoke, Tuscan
white bean hummus and Southwest chicken tortilla soup.
Manzana host a happy
hour Monday through Sunday. Priced at $2 and $3 happy
hour menu items include rotisserie chicken quesadilla, wood-grilled
barbecue chicken wings, barbecue beef sandwich, fresh salmon cakes
and fresh fish tacos.
