getting lose wight
busy! I come home late at every night on this week. I work till 2130 and run into the gym to jog for 30min. My dinner is the diet stuff. it's not meal. What a poor guy. Good bye, my favorite icecream.
Marathon races are waiting for me, This month I run the 10k Watarase marathon race. And next month Myogi Mt. 10K, in Jan Frost bite half Marathon is applied. Busy but active beyond the chill.

Smooth Jazz & Sunday afternoon
Sunny fall sunday....I love it. Smooth jazz from the radio, feel the winds to move the cartains. I have things to do, cleaning up, laundries, sending e-mails to friends etc. However I like such a time. totally out of busy weekdays.
I'm going to cut my hair. bye.
oh, buddy. I bought Wong He's CD on the last trip. He is cute, and love his song called:I Believe.

At last I've read it. It took a time three month to read up in my busy days. Very slow! However I really enjoyed.
