Rules To Live By...
I.Clan Rules II.Match Rules III.Server Rules IV.No More Chances V.Redeeming Yourself, Second Chances I. Clan Rules Show respect to your fellow clan members and to others from another clan. The only exception to this rule is if they start to bash on you first. You do not necessary have to starting dishing shit back, but if they start it, I don't mind. If you start the fighting, the penalty is missing the next match. Reports of a member dishing out too much shit will result in the member being kicked from the clan. If someone asks to join, do not insult them in any way. Let them have their chance to tryout. Anyone can recruit, but I have the final say if they are in or not. If you have something HELPFUL to say, then say it. For example, if you know something about the person I'm about to let into the clan and I don't, speak up. II. Match Rules Do NOT global chat. Global chatting is not allowed, no matter if it's a scrimmage. Only use teamchat. If we are playing in our server and you do not stop global chatting, I will be forced to gag you, and that only puts our team in a disadvantage. If we are NOT playing in our server and I have to ask the other team to kick or gag you, this will result in a two game suspension, at least. Always keep your team informed of flag location, sentry gun locations, and in general of what to watch for or some idea to cap. If you have the flag, do NOT run back to get health. We lose time it is NOT necessary. 2 game suspension. On the 3rd cap of dustbowl, do NOT throw nades over the wall at the gate. One warning and if you do not stop, a suspension of one game. Always keep your team informed of flag locatation, enemy spies, and possible jumps to cap. If you are the demoman that is the main spammer on the gate at cap 2, and you stop spamming because you don't want to anymore, I will greatly take into consideration to NEVER let you play for me anymore. Lowest punishment: no practices for 2 weeks, no matches for 3 weeks, and a short ban in our server. If you know that blue just capped the flag on cap 2 and you're a demo in respawn, do NOT set dets. It is a cheap way to get kills and it will result in a two game suspension. If the server was laggy and you didn't realize and/or could not stop the det, then I'll understand and there will be no punishment. Keep us informed by using a microphone or by typing it. If you have to type it, do it in shorthand to save time. Example, to say where the flag is, and lets say it's next to cap on the right side and there's an sg to the right side of it on the ground. It should somewhat resemble this: flag right of cap, sg right ground. (This can be done without the comma, unless it's natural for you to add the comma and if you can type extremely fast.) If you use the microphone, do not waste time saying "Go! Go! Go!" If I tell you to shut up, it's because the team is running to cap, but we can't hear anything (like nades, walking, sgs being fixed, etc.) because you won't shut up. Avoid telling us that the game is hopeless, because a game is never hopeless, unless you lose hope. If you lose hope, and you give up and start messing around, I will BAN you for 3 games at least. And my response to you if this happens: teach yourself how to play better, listen to orders, and perhaps you wouldn't suck in matches... I do NOT want to see any arguing, it takes everyone else's mind off the game, and that's not helpful. If someone starts it, do NOT talk. I'll handle it. If you start the arguing, I will gag you for the remainder of the game. One game suspension afterwards. V. Server Rules Do not allow other clans to recruit in our server. There's a lovely reason why I rented this server, and it's not to help others out. If you tell the person to stop the recruiting, and they do not, get me or a co-leader immediately. Keep teams even. Red should always have one more if there's an odd number. If red is loosing really badly, then red can increase their numbers. After increasing red's numbers for awhile in which they have a good hold with a two person or more difference than the blue team does, send one red to blue. Stay out of the enemy respawn. This should be obvious. Don't kill afks. There are afks at times and they will be back shortly, and since I don't appreciate being killed when I have to leave my computer for a few minutes, I don't believe they'll appreciate it either. If an afk is there for a time span of two games, kick them. ALWAYS listen to the Admins. Expecially me. IV. No More Chances If you are caught cheating, there will NOT be a second chance. This rule has a no-tolerance policy. If you put the cheat on your computer, and you have a brother/sister who shares the same computer, you along with how many other brothers/sisters you have will be put on alert. This means you will be reported as a hacker, along with them. You will be banned from our server until I take you through a series of test to make sure you do not hack before you may return to our server. You will NEVER be allowed back into the clan. If you are believed to be hacking again, until proven by MY tests, you will be banned from the server. If you are found to be hacking, I will take your WON number and spread it on the forums of other clans and tell them to ban you. You wanna cheat? Go hang out with [mygot]. V. Redeeming Yourself, Second Chances If you had left us for another clan, and you want back, you have 3 days in which to return. Otherwise, I will not allow you to come back. If it happens you left for a second time, there's no more chances. If by some odd luck, you recieve a second chance, take another 10 minutes and re-read the rules above. Violate one rule within a short time of coming back, you will be forever kicked. |
