1.you lighlty toast some low cal bread (i used carb counters wheat: 60 cals),
2. then spray it w/ zero cal butter (i used i cant believe its not butter spray: 0 cals)
3. cover it in 1/6 a cup of sugar free low cal syrup (log cabin kind i think: 15 cals)
4. heat it up some more in the microwave

"Omelot" Egg Snack

Eggs - take 3 hard-boiled egg whites (51 cals, no fat) and top with 2 teaspoons ketchup (15 cals) and 1 slice smart beat ff cheese (25 cals). Cook in microwave and tastes like an omelet! Total 91 cals, no fat, and good protein.

Fake "Chicken Noodle Soup"

Take a chicken boullion cube (5 cals) and crumble it in a cup of hot water to make chicken boullion, then take 1-2 saltines (12-25 cals) and crush it in there, the cracker gets kinda soggy and tastes like noodles depending on how many crackers you use its about 20-30 cals.

"Pizza Snack" - 80 cals - Fat Free

Pizza - take one buttered popcorn rice cake (35 cals and no fat) and put 1 slice fat free smart beat cheese (25 cals) and half a red pepper cut into small pieces (20 cals, jarred peppers also work too but it can get soggy) and finally top with some jarred capers (no cals) for flavor. Cook in a toaster oven until cheese melts. Total of about 80 cals and no fat.

No Guilt "Pizza"

Okay, so take a portobello mushroom and remove the stem. If you don't fancy the back stuff, remove that, too. Then take the circular part of the mushroom and toast it, or put it in the oven until it's a bit firm. After, put a slice of tomato, a slight bit of cheese (a sliced round of mozarella works well, I hear), and some basil on it. If desired, add garlic/salt/black pepper/crushed red pepper. If you want some crunch in it, add some pine nuts atop it. If you add the pine nuts, it'll be 74 calories. If not, I think it's 50 calories, or around there.

Another "Pizza" Idea

take two water crackers: 35 cal
top it with a dab of tomato sauce: 10-15 cal
and then put 1/4 slice of smart start cheese on each cracker: 20 cal for the 1/2 slice
microwave 30 seconds and you have pizza bites (70 cal for both on the high end)

Variation of Guilt Free "Pizza"

2 port. mushrooms
1/2 cup tom sauce
.75 oz cheese
fat free parkay butter spray
tony's seasoning
Total= approx. 100 kcals

with fat free cheese it would have been 65 to 70 cals.

"Toad in a hole"

1. Take a piece of low cal bread (45-60 cals) and cut a hole in the middle (can be done with a cookie cutter) "butter" the bread on both sides with either "I can't believe it's not butter" spray, or spread.
2. put the piece of toast in a skillet and then pour 1/4 cup of egg beaters (30 cals) or crack an egg and pour in just the egg white in the middle (17 cals).
3. "Fry" until the egg in the middle becomes somewhat solid, then flip it over and finish cooking the other side.
