Luke Sokatas of the NcE Yakuza:  Born in Tokyo, Japan, soon thrown to the streets after the Rebellion of the Salazar Trade Clan destroyed his neighbourhood and killed his parents, during a flesh war at the age of 12. Taking to the streets, he soon found shelter and family in the NcE Yakuza (New CoN Empire). Learning from the Oyabun of the Yakuza, conscious-only theories used to exploit the inner chi energy and manipulating Ora. These ancient teaching, combined with the fighting learned from the Oyabun, helped in forming Luke into a master of the shadows and soul. The Oyabun Street fighting was a combination of martial arts and meditation that helped greatly in the times of War in which the NcE battled and destroyed the Salazar Trade Clan, which resulted in the Oyabuns death. Taking over the Oyabun position, Luke is after the killers of the Oyabun and the Samurai of the Light.

His wisdom and knowledge of the mind, helps him in the battles to follow with the Savage Killers, the 13 Devils, and many other clans in the TC realms. After leading the CoN, he has formed a new Yakuza, called NcE, and has birthed the attacks of Ora and Chi, which kill lesser opponents on contact, often maming, and nearly destroying the best of warriors, but requires time to do. Luke is still searching for the killers of his parents and the killers of the great Oyabun, throughout the realms, he shall find them and claim victory over his enemies once again.
