Arroz con Pollo

1. In a medium skillet, brown chicken in oil over medium heat.

2. When chicken is browned on both sides, drain off excess fat. Add onion, garlic, soup, and spices.

3. Cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.

4. Add rice and water. Bring to a boil; cover, turn heat to low, and cook for 20 minutes, or until rice is done.

5. Add peas. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.

6. Serves 4.
