Marketing Associates (MA) and its associates, administrators, successors and/assigns are not responsible in any way, nor are we a party to any repayment arrangements made by the undersigned party/individual/entity with any creditor.  Nor, is MA’s administrators, successors, and/assigns responsible to negotiate or repay the debts of the undersigned party/individual/entity.  MA is acting in its professional capacity as a consultant to the party/individual (hereafter know as the Client).  The undersigned party, to this agreement, by his/her signature acknowledges and understands that MA does not issue, co-write, underwrite, guarantee, co-sign, nor suffer recourse for any loan or other financial consideration made by a Funding Source.  MA has been retained only to advise in the process of credit counseling/repair of this individual/entity.  This is the sole scope of MA’s responsibility.
