Dear Corrections Officials. I have screwed prisoners out of their right to vote against replacing the butt kickin you have been giving them with costly rehabilitation programs and crazy liberal attempts to reduce recidivism. They mess up again, my screwdriver will be honed and waiting! I'm getting better at this all the time! Prisoners wouldn't vote for me anyhow. Down with Voting rights for prisoners! Bob
