Dianne Bey was born in Silver Springs, Maryland and graduated with an Honours Degree in Visual Arts from the University of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. A dual American/Canadian citizen, Dianne spent most of her teaching years in Ottawa, Montreal and Nova Scotia, although she taught in Manassas, Virginia as well. In Montreal, while Dianne was completing Graduate Research in Educational Psychology in Higher Learning Skills at McGill University, Dianne met her husband, Mr. Tass Bey who is currently on this faculty. Teaching Business for the Provo School District 2001-2002 was her introduction to teaching in Utah. There she was the Future Business Leader of America Advisor for Provo High School and became certified for the State of Utah in Multimedia, Fine Arts, Information Technology and English as a Second Language. Her diversity of skill and talent lends itself to many teachable subjects, which include the following certifications from Canada. She is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Instructional Design at Utah State University. Her passions include their three children, and art.
