The Fisher Towers are situated a couple of miles from the Colorado River. Their size (rising to 1,000 feet above the plain) can be judged by the van parked below them at the head of the track. The location was used in the films 'Wagon Master' (1949), 'Against a Crooked Sky' (1975) and 'Rio Conchos' (1964).
