Alanya is a family owned and run business. The owners are the Basheran family and they are highly commited to the restaurant. Alanya first opened in August of 2001 and has become a well respected business by the locals. The business has flourished since it's opening and has recieved some attention, getting good reviews from media such as Scoop Magazine and the Thursday's West Australian. As well as the great food, Alanya also entertains with a belly-dancing night on the last Saturday of every month - which has become increasingly popular. (See the events page for details)

Alanya has now reached the point of expanding to a second restaurant in Floreat. The restaurant will be built from scratch with an authentic Turkish theme in mind. The new restaurant will feature a char-grill, heated by real coal, rather than electricity, allowing for even more variety in an already abundant menu. Look out for more information.
