Curly dark hair and deep brown eyes,
Who would of thought blonde was his disguise.
Dressed as an elf, to the fans whom adore,
Orlando Bloom, the seemingly boy next door.
In honor of January, the thirteenth to be right,
I’ve thought of this poem, by day and by night.
It isn’t that great, and it’s not very funny,
but it’s all about him, the movie star hottie.
Orlando Bloom is his name, not recognizable now,
But if I said Legolas, you'd surely go, “Wow!”
He’s tall and he’s thin, with a mean fashion sense,
And the cameras all love him, even at his expense.
He plays the Elf Legolas, in The Fellowship of the Ring,
Appearing in The Two Towers, and Return of the King.
Portraying Blackburn in the flick, Black Hawk Down,
He fell from a helicopter, making not a sound.
A star in his movie, The Calcium Kid,
About a milkman gone boxer, that’s what he did.
Another is Ned Kelly, an Australian work of art,
Where he and Heath Ledger are friends, who won’t split apart.
Later will come, a swashbuckling tale,
The Pirates of the Caribbean, with Depp at the helm.
Then there's the movie that will be called Troy,
A war about romance with Brad Pitt. Oh boy!
Will and Jack are back for more fun,
In Pirates 2, which has yet to be done.
Kingdom of Heaven is coming out next year
Where Orli's a knight who all should fear.
Haven he co-produces, and of course he is in.
He sports a pink scar along with a cheeky grin.
Bill Paxton's there too so is Gabriel Byrne,
A crime with consequences, or so the fans have learned.
Wilde was a movie I forgot to mention,
Though that is good for there was a lot of erm... tension.
He played a bit part, nothing more than a glance,
But just the sight of his face, made me wish I could dance.
What will be next for the young British actor?
No one can say, but here’s what I’m after.
He needs to make movies at least once a year,
So all of us Orli fans can get up and cheer.
The theaters will pack with hundreds of fans,
Just to glimpse their favorite star in some distant land.
How can anyone resist his charm and his wit?
Or see his nearly crying face without shedding a tear drip.
Everyone looks forward to his next big premiere,
Though some of our patience has been tried for a year.
The release of Two Towers, set his fans into motion,
Especially for me, I’ve caused quite a social commotion.
In honor of living for twenty-seven years,
I can say that he has achieved great status among peers.
Orlando is sweet and oh so sexy too.
Why can’t every guy act and look like you?
So Happy Birthday Orlando, I know this will never be read,
For you don’t have a computer that is enough said.
But I hope it is happy and filled with much fun.
Just remember your fans when we scream that your number 1!
