OP Event Services is an organisation designed to work in any sphere of the Event Industry. Each of the following categories describe the different services on offer; but the overall intention is to provide a can do, will do atmosphere with a solution finding attitude for our clients.

If what you require does not fall into one of the following categories, do not hesitate to contact us. One of our objectives is to provide the staff or equipment necessary to fill in around other areas of responsibility. This may simply be a management role over the build-up to, or during the event - or providing gophers and runners to assist the Management Team of such an event.

Whether we are required or if we can simply point you to the right supplier for the best solution, we can certainly help.

In offering you the experience of many hundreds of events (varying from Fashion Shows; Product Launches; Conferences; Award Ceremonies; Themed Parties; Gala Dinners to Equestrian Events and Festivals) we will endeavour to provide the best and most cost effective solutions.

If you are uncertain as to any aspect of your event, or simply require experienced manpower for lighting; sound; audio visual display and presentations; staging; set construction; or driving then contact us. From supplying individual crew to providing scale drawings of the entire event site or floorplans, we are available to assist.

If you require a helping hand to find the venue, event managers, production company, caterers, and hook for the event we have contacts throughout the industry to obtain the right service for you.

We are available for end client meetings - where we will act for you and dress accordingly, leaving your client in no doubt that your staff will provide the service that they require.

On-event staff will be smartly dressed or in production blacks. Your branding can also be worn upon request. Clothing for outdoor events will be determined by the weather!

Whether you have a Production Company on board for your event or not, there is a consoling factor for you as a client whatever your technical background that there is someone on-site familiar with the equipment who has no agenda other than to ensure your event is a success.

We can supply an individual to attend meetings if you require; draw up floorplans; write risk assessment's and method statement's; write equipment checklists from your stock or source the necessary equipment from third parties whilst working to your budget.

We will run your crew to install to your timescale, produce the event, and run the strike. Relieving you of the unnecessary extra burden.

From a venue's point of view we will oversee other contractors and ensure that they behave according to the policies in force. If you are unhappy with a new supplier, feel that an event is under managed, or do not have the in-house staff available, we can work with you to ultimately produce a successful event and leave a scar-free venue.

Taking Production Management a stage further we can work from your offices or remain in close contact whilst managing entire projects for you.

We will manage the project, using your equipment if necessary. This will relieve your staff and allow them to concentrate on other aspects of your business, while you leave the delivery to us, safe in the knowledge that we will do so and ensure that your client comes back to you for more.

This may entail the management of a single event; a series running to a roadshow timetable; an installation; or assisting with similar areas of different events (for example drawing floorplans for a series of events in different venues).

This service is needed more for outdoor events running over several days or with build up period of several days or weeks. But can be tailored for other events and individual venues.

From the date of occupation you will have an on-site manager to site all equipment and deal with any site related problems. This includes liaising with the venue; keeping contractors to schedule and site rules; and local authorities if necessary. Site Meetings are advisable to obtain a site plan, layout "on the ground" and lists of all contractors. Dates of occupation are subject to requirements and amount of plant or equipment needed to be sited. You can liaise with contractors or we can do this for you to ensure that the site is kept as clear and as accessible as possible.

The main aim is to leave an event organiser free to concentrate on the event itself instead of being overcome by such minutiae as plumbing, vehicle movement, car parking, or rubbish.
