Check in at 2:00 p.m./Check out at 11:00 a.m.
Cleaning deposit and rent total due before key is received.
Deposit is partially refunded if following are done: Bedding and Towels washed,
floor vacuumed, and dishes washed
No Smoking
No Pets
Must turn on hot water breaker upon arrival/turn off upon departure
Thermostat must be 55 degrees upon departure
Must dispose of your own trash
Firewood is not supplied, but you can buy it at local store or bring your own
Put key in lock box before departure
