Limited Lifetime Warranty

1) Target stand is warrented against defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original registered purchaser

2) In the event of a defect the manufacturer will repair or replace the target stand at their descresion if the stand is returned to the factory, freight prepaid

3) Failure of the powder coat finish is not covered

4) Failure due to normal wear and tear is not covered

5) Failure due to accident, abuse, improper use, force, neglect, or modifacation will not be covered

6) Damage incurred durring normal use may at option of manufacturer be repaired or replaced for a handeling fee of $7.50

7) The manufacturer will not be liable for any damage, injury, or loss incurred in the use of this product either direct or consequential including loss of use of this product

8) The user assumes all risk and liability for the use of the product including but not limited to the risk of use, and suitability for an intended purpose

9) The warranty registration must be returned within 14 days of purchase

10) The warranty is extended to the original registered purchaser only
