THANKYOU for coming to visit me at Poems Of America.
Due to the recent tragedy in New York, Washington D.C. and Pennsylvania, I decided to take time away from my family's Military site I have been trying to put together this past year, and focus instead on one where "everyone" could join in and share their thoughts with others during this time of need.
This site is dedicated to ALL the families who so tragically lost their loved ones through such an unspeakable terrorist act, and for those who must still wait for news on loved ones still unaccounted for.
This site is also dedicated to ALL the people who have so unselfishly given their time away from their own families to help in the search and rescue, as well as the recovery of so many thousands of innocent lives.
Although I cannot be there physically for you (I live in Oregon), please read my words, as well as anyone else's who may have so graciously submitted their thoughts to this site, and know we are there in the Spirit of America for you.
Close your eyes and hear our comforting words, imagine the warm touch of an unknown friend reaching out to wipe the tears from your eyes and praying to God that he give you the strength to put your families back together so you may go on with life as it shall be.
