Ken and I live in Cottage Grove, Oregon,
a beautiful little town in the Willamette Valley.
Ken and I met in the summer of 1994 and started dating in December.
Actually, our 1st date was on Dec. 2nd.
Ken proposed on our 4 year anniversary.
We know we have a long road ahead of us,
but we believe if we have the right person with us on that road,
it makes the road not so bumpy.
We met playing softball, something we both still enjoy and participate in.
We were married June 6, 1999 and no we weren't married on a softball field
although we considered it!
We both love sports.
We love to camp, play softball, golf, bowl,
I play volleyball.
and Ken is a fisherman.
Other loves in our life are
our family, friends and our three pets.
Easton, our black lab, is our big baby.
He loves attention and eats it up.
Chipper is our golden retriever.
My Mom says he should be on ritalin.
He's going through the terrible twos, I think.
And then there's Pugsley, our tabby.
I'm sure she thinks she has major ownership in our house!
Our pets are our kids, at this point, but we would love to have a baby ASAP.
God obviously thinks we should wait until a better time.
We bought our house in the year 2000.
Ken was 27 and I was 24.
We love our home, although, I'm sure you can tell
we don't get to spend a lot of time here!
