My First Blog Entry

I guess that since this is my first entry, I should introduce myself.

My name is Katherine, but I go by Kathy or Kat (or as my little sister calls me, Fuzzy...don't ask).

I am 25 years old this year and still looking for something to do with my life and someone to spend it with.

I graduated from Oregon State University in 2002 with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Animal Science with pre-vet option and a chemistry minor. When I graduated, my advisor (who ws getting ready to retire) told me that my degree was almost worthless and that my chemistry minor is worth more. That was a real downer. Now I am looking for a job to pay the bills.

Right now my current passion has got to be Anime. Within the last couple of years [Adult Swim] has begun showing a lot more anime and I really enjoy a lot of them. Especially Inuyasha, s-cry-ed, Samurai Champloo, Fullmetal Alchemist, Cowboy Bebop, and Trigun.

At the current moment, I am helping my sister to setup her new computer (she is going to college in the fall), and she doesn't have much of a clue when it comes to computers. She can use them for email, papers, and messaging, but not much else.


Well, it is just a little after 1pm on this partly cloudy Monday. I am just sitting here being bored waiting for my download of MSN Messenger to finish. I was at 40% until someone called and I had to get off (turns out it was a wrong number, how annoying).

Not much else to say, so I guess this will be all for now.
