Lesson 1 – FAT ACCEPTANCE:
Body esteem exercises, fat-positive language and imagery, alternatives to weight slavery, how to find body-diverse environments in your area, sexual reclamation. 20 pages.
Lesson 2 – MENSTRUAL EMPOWERMENT:
Empowering menstrual mythology, the history of menstruation, instructions for making a menstrual calendar and cotton menstrual pads like your granny wore, moon lore, menstrual herbs, discussion of the politics of the "sanitary protection" industry. 20 pages.
Lesson 3 – YONI AFFIRMATIONS:
Positive genital mythology to replace degrading jokes and imagery, women’s genitals in ancient art and religion, herbs for healthy genitals, women’s ancient sexuality rituals, modern alternatives to genital shame. 20 pages.
Lesson 4 – WOMEN-CENTERED SPIRITUALITY:
The basics of circle casting, rituals and spells, earth/moon/goddess/WICCA religion, women’s tarot. 20 pages.
Lesson 5 – NATURAL BEAUTY:
Kitchen cosmetics, herbal remedies, natural facials, bath salts, hair treatments, potions, oils, dream pillows, lip balm, lotions, book of shadows. 20 pages.
