8:25 to 3:20
Car riders cannot be dropped off before 7:55.
Any student arriving after 8:30 is tardy and
must be checked in at the office by a parent.
Students cannot be checked out after 3:10.
Visitors
We encourage visitors to visit our school during
special activities or to eat lunch with their child.
We must, however, ask that all visitors check
in and out through the office on each visit.
Student Attendance
Louisiana law requires that students attend
a minimum of 160 days of school each year.
News from school
Always check your child's booksack or folder
when they get home for notices from school.
Regular communication will include:
1. monthly news calendar
2. interim grade reports
3. report cards
Conferences
You may call the office if you would like
to set up a conference during the teacher's
planning period which is 7:55 to 8:25.
Medications
Parents need to give medication to their
children, as the school cannot assume the
responsibility. For students on long
term prescribed medication, a doctor
must make a request to the principal in
order for medication to be admininstered
during school hours.
Dress Code
School uniforms will be required for the
school year 2001/2002.

Student insurance policies may be purchased.
