A Word From Brenda

Revelation 20:10-15
And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.

And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

~ Eternity ~

Last month my husband and I were prayer counselors for the Heaven's Gate Hell's Flames drama. Night after night we heard the different life stories being presented. Each one giving an example of the excuses people use, for not receiving Jesus Christ into there heart as Lord and Saviour. At the end of each nights production, the Director asks the audience a question "Do you know where you will spend eternity?"

Revelation 21: 1-8
And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.

And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful. And he said unto me, It is done.

I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely. He that overcometh shall inherit (possess) all these things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son. But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

The Director continues..."We have attempted to show you the Glory and the Splendor of Heaven, as well as the Agony and Great Despair of being taken away to Hell." Is your name written in the Lambs book of life? Jesus is the Lamb, a Holy sacrafice, offered up to the Father to pay for our sins. It was not His sin that nailed Him to the cross, it was my sin...it was your sin. We were hopelessly lost with no way to ever pay the cost for our sinful lives...no way to pay, and still live. For the wages of sin is death. Jesus paid that price for us, and when we accept Him, our name is written down in His book of Life. That is the Only way to have eternal life.

Revelation 21 v.21-23
And the twelve gates were twelve pearls; every several gate was of one pearl: and the street of the city was pure gold, as it were clear glass. And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it. And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did illuminate it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.

Can you even begin to imagine how beautiful and how wonderful it will be? No more sorrow or crying... no more pain, God will wipe away every tear. No more nights or darkness... no more fear, the glory of God will be our light! There is no drama or movie ever made, that will ever capture the reality of where we will be spending eternity. Our last breath here, is our first breath there... life or death, Heaven or hell The choice will have been made. I ask you once more....
Do you know where you will spend eternity?

Revelation 22: 1,4,5
And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let everyone that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely. He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come Lord Jesus.
