Well, this is my latest attempt at building a web page. Check back often, its still in the construction stage, so it will be ever-evolving . . . :-)
Well, where do I begin??? Okay, a little about me first... I was born in April 1963,
I have blonde hair -which is leaving me a little quicker than I'd like. Can't really do anything about that so broke out the clippers about 6 1/2 year ago & now sport the buzzed top look. I have blue eyes, mustache & beard - I switch back and forth to a goatee at times. I'm 5' 6 1/2" tall, and yes I tend to be on the
Alternative Side - with looks, dress, & music. If ya haven't guessed yet by that I mean I'm into Body Piercing & Tattoos. I've been doin' that for over 18 years now. Often other people
ask me "Why do you do that?" My normal response is "Because I can!"
Currently I have 43 piercings & 5 tatts, I've gone to adding a new piercing once a year on a certain date that is listed later on below.
Most of my piercings have been done by someone special to me. You see, I met this lady a long time ago & have trusted her to do for me what I could not do for myself. For those that live in Oregon or Washington, & are thinking about getting some piercing done, I whole-heartedly recommend this person & the business! I used to live in Oregon - I Love the Pacific Northwest! I was there for
20+ years & thought I put down roots... As of May 30, 1999 I moved to The
Netherlands. It has been a huge learning experience for me doing this. Even though its been difficult at times, I wouldn't change anything.
I enjoy hiking, music, spending time with friends, and watching movies. Sci-fi & horror are my favorite choice! I have a pretty warped sense of humor as my friends can & do atest to often!
I am also a very Grateful Member of a the NA program. I'm in my 18th year clean, for
those who are also friends of Jimmy K., my clean date is Jan.18, 1990. I've come a long way since then. And I still have a long way to go. I've come to learn that life is not a destination, instead it's a journey. For me, this is the easier softer way!
Those that know about this will understand. ;-)
In April of 1998 I took my CADC Level 2 test & passed in the upper portion of those tested. Just goes to show that once the drugs go, the mind returns. I have worked in the Alcohol & Drug Treatment field since 1992, it has helped my recovery a great deal. Another of "Life's" gifts...
Oh yeah, I'm also gay. I forget about that when I am going through my normal everyday activities... It seems to me that most people put too much attention on other's sexual orientation now-a-days. Why that is? Who knows? Probably something that "they" haven't dealt with yet. I am a pretty straight forward & upfront guy. I don't play games & don't have time for those that do. I think there are more important things to concern oneself with today!
I am currently in a relationship after meeting someone very special. I started a webcam site back in the last part of 1997. I discovered a listing of different webcams & I visited a specific site one day. From that point forward I knew I had to meet this person.
In December of 1998 I took my first trip to Europe & met this man in person. I have been living with my S.O.(significant other) for just over 8 1/2 years now. I've started to learn Dutch, right now I am at like middle school level, but making progress every day. I never thought I would be learning a different language.
Let alone living in a different country, but here I am & this is the happiest I've been in a very long time. You never know what dreams will come true. I am grateful this did!
I thank my H.P. for giving me the ability to see things clearer now. And for the ability to be & have friends. I had gotten out of a couple of relationships that were not real positive at the end. I did get a lot out of them though, and they did bring some good things to me, like being able to say "this is not okay & I don't deserve to be treated badly." I know today that I deserve to have someone in my life that is honest and straight forward. We all deserve that, it's unfortunate that other's don't see beyond themselves at times.
Who knows what tomorrow will bring for us? I don't... I just hope that we all will be able to work through all of the things that living life on life's terms brings. Life is a new adventure every day, don't let it slip away!

In July 24, 2004 I did something else that I have always dreamed about doing! I started my own Internet Radio Station. Its nothing real fancy or real involved, I just got tired of the radio here in the Netherlands - mostly very old music & the techno house stuff. Both of those are not my style so I started listening to a couple of different stations at a couple different sites. I didn't really find one that I truly would spend a great deal of time listening to. So after reading through a great deal of information I decided I would give this a try! I'm happy with what has turned out so far. The best part is I can play the music that I like & can also play the uncensored versions. If you like Alternative & Metal, then give my station a listen for 30 minutes or so. I think you'll be happy with what you get to hear. If you like it, please tell other people about it also!
