Section Three

Go to the Layers Palette and rt click on the cone layer, choose new layer. With your lasso tool make a triangular selection similar to this.

With the fillcan, floodfill the selection with solid white.

From the Image menu choose blur. Use Guassian blur with about a 14.00 setting. This is a way to get a 3d look to almost anything by the way.
