Noeru is Maria's male twin, he was very angry because Maria preffered to go with her "guy of her dreams" than stay with him, so he decides to go to her school and have her breaking up with her "boyfriend"... but there's just one problem. There are no more rooms for male students, so he has to cosplay as Maria's female twin. Sasa falls in love with him thinking he's a girl, and later on he keeps on being his friend.
Noeru's room-mate is Miyuu. You can difference Noeru from Maria because he always has his long artificial hair. Also, he ALWAYS has a hairband on so that his wig doesn't come off.
A boy called Yoshiaki who is Hirobe coach's little brother asked Maria out. After that, they became couples but Yoshiaki's ex-girlfriend kept on going in their way.
After breaking up with Yoshiaki, she now goes out with Daisuke.
Noeru starts to love Miyuu but can't say that because Miyuu thinks he's a girl. So he makes up a name "Tooru" and starts going out with her without the wig.
But after a while, Miyuu finds out that Noeru and Tooru was the same person and she got very angry...
Miyuu said that she hates Noeru. Noeru got very sad. Sasa and Maria tries to make Miyuu understand and forgive him.
After a while, Noeru got a Love Letter from a boy called Chris who is in year 8. The letter said "I LOVE YOU. Please come behind the PE building after school." Of course, he didn't know that Noeru was a boy so...
From then on, Noeru has the worst time of his life. Because he's being a girl, Chris thinks that Sasa is 'her' boyfriend.
Chris is in a band called 'Embrasse Moi' (which means KISS ME in French), and it's School Festival. But that day, one member in the band is sick. Sasa is pulled in, and plays the guitar for them. After that, he finds himself getting a MPV award. Chris is very angry about this, and tries to revenge.
On Sports Day, Chris does everything he can to stop Sasa from winning races. In a race, he pulls Sasa's partner, who is Maria, and she can't run anymore. So Sasa held her and ran to the goal.
Chris hears from Noeru that he can't love boys (because he's a boy). And so now Chris thinks that Noeru is a lezbian.
After a while, Chris sees Miyuu, and falls in love. Now Noeru and Chris has a fight for Miyuu.
The next day, Noeru finds himself in the middle of his voice change. He can't talk smoothly. Then he realises that this might be the end of pretending to be a girl.
So he decided to write instead of talking, and to who ever asked him why he's writng, he wrote that he has a saw throat from practicing his singing.
At night, Maria met Yoshiaki co-incidentaly. and he says to her that he still loves her and that he wants to go out with her again.
The next day, Sasa says to Maria that he wants to go out with Maria. Maria doesn't know who to choose.
In a basket ball practice, Yoshiaki turns up, and talks to Maria, and asks her out on Sunday. Accidentaly, Maria said that she will.
That girl was Ririko-chan. She seems to be popular because many people around knows her They went out for lunch, and Sasa and her has a date later on, while Maria has a date with Yoshiaki-san, but both of them seemed that they liked eachother (sasa & maria)

Maria is a 14 years old typical japanese student. She's attending an abroad school mainly because the guy of her dreams is in there. She loves Coach Hirobe. She's a good basketball player and is in the school's team, of course.
You can difference her from her twin Noeru aside of her sweet nature because she always wears two or one ponytail/s as hairdress!
Noeru is very agressive and temperamental, but he's pretty cute in his ways.
Karin who was a class mate of Noeru at the old school says that she loves Noeru. But seeing Miyuu, she steps back.
At last, Miyuu said OK, and went to Noeru to be friends again. To be FRIENDS, not the other relationship...
Noeru meets Chris after school and finds out that he was a vocal leader in his own band. All the girls in the school loves him. The reason he wrote to Noeru was because all the other girls to him, looks like a bunch of vegitables because they all love him. But Noeru was different (of cource). He saw Noeru jump out of a window to go to his next class and Noeru accidentaly landed on him.
He said he loves Noeru Noeru was the first girl he saw that wasn't treating him like how other girls does... Because he was "different" from other people...
You can imagin how Noeru thought of that... He became stiff as a rock!
Whilst that's going on, one day, Noeru, Maria, and Sasa was eating at a shop, and Daisuke sees them. Noeru was at the toilet at this time, so Daisuke thinks that Maria was dating with Sasa. Later on, Maria finds out that that day was Daisuke's birthday. So she makes cookies and give it to him. Daisuke takes it, but he said he wants to break up. This made Maria very sad. On her way back to the boarding school, she meets Sasa. He patiently listens to Maria, and she at last relax.
From then on, Sasa and Maria sort of fell in love with each other.
Miyuu gives him a something that helps saw throats, so Noeru said the truth to her. Chris was listening to them secretly...
In the afternoon, Sasa asks Maria out on Sunday to watch a movie. Maria says that she has a schedule with Yoshiaki, and Sasa gets jealous.
Sasa decided to go to the city with Noeru to search for girls (which is very unlikely for Sasa). After a while, he realises what he is doing and decided to go home. At that moment, a girl asks them out to have lunch.
Whilst that is going on, Chris is trying to prove about Noeru's secret. He met Noeru one day and he brought Noeru a bikini and told him to wear it and go to the pool with him. Noeru thrown them back to him and walk away.. People staring at Chris while he trying to explain.
Few days later, they went out for a triple picnic date at a park. (Maria-Yoshiaki, Miyu-Noeru, Sasa-Ririko.. Sasa and Maria still not really happy. Noeru seem to be the happiest among all.. until Miyu saw another guy name Shingo, and they went home together..
Another day at school... Chris came to talk to Noeru and told him that he KNEW Noeru's secret.. Miyu came and told Chris to stop acting like that. So
Chris set up a trap.. his friends and him tricked Noeru to came to a sports garage and locked him up inside.. Chris is trying to take a photograph of Noeru as a boy to prove that he was right.
