I have been growing these Unique orchids for over 10 years, and have over 300 pots of these beautiful plants. I am currently a member of two orchid clubs, the Australian Native Orchid Society and the West Australian Native Orchid Society and Conservation Group.

I was the field trip co-ordinator for 3 years and organised trips in the areas to view these plants in the wild with members and visitors.To show them the beauty of these plants and to try to have what remaining remnant bushland that is left, kept from being destroyed to make way for development.

When areas like these are under threat, we get permission from the owner of the land, and then we organise a rescue dig. These plants are then removed from the endangered plot and either placed in a safe area, or are distributed to other growers for their collections.
