Well..what can I say?? For those of you who are visiting my page again to hear about the Shania concert, well, IT WAS AWESOME!! What a show it was. In a sold-out performance, Shania rocked the house!! To see her live on-stage was quite an experience. She performed many of her huge hits from past albums, as well as several hits from her latest release "Come On Over". Many of the songs she performed were extended versions, some of which included newly added lyrics as well.

There were several songs in which Shania picked up her trademark Ovation Celebrity Standard model guitar and strummed her way on stage. I seriously had no idea that she was THAT GOOD a guitarist. I definitely have a lot of respect for her rhythm style of playing (since I myself am more of a "rhythm" than a "lead" guitarist).

Overall, on a scale of 1-10, I'd give her concert a 8. Pretty good by my standards for sure. The only "10" that I've ever given was for "The Eagles" concert in Hawaii back in '95. Shania's concert is definitely one that I would see again. Just to see someone as drop-dead gorgeous and talented as Shania is well worth the price of a ticket.
