Aisha's name in African means "life" which fits her outlook. She is bubbly and full of energy. During her time in Angel Grove, she became best friends with Kim and the two were almost like sisters. After Kim left for the Pan Globals, Kat came and before long, the two were fast friends also.
Aisha's career as the yellow ranger ended in the Zeo quests. She traveled to Africa to find her crystal and after discovering it, she decided it was best for her to stay. Aisha worked with animals in an animal shelter at Angel Grove and with that knowledge she stayed to help the villagers find a solution for the plague pondering their local animals. Tanya Sloan was sent in her place. Even though we haven't heard from her, it is presumed she still keeps in touch with her communicator and letters.
Aisha is played Karan Ashley Jackson. KAJ was born in Odessa, TX on September 28, 1975. She spent five years as a rhythm and blues singer and a choreographer with the group, Krush. She also has experiences modeling for magazine ads. Karan won the role of Aisha because of her hip-hop dancing abilities. She is also a producer and screenwriter for Grace&Grace productions.
She has also appeared in "Walker, Texas Ranger", "The Parkers", "Steve Harvey Show", "Hangin' With Mr. Cooper", "Scratch TV", and a Disney Halloween special. Her movie appeareances include a role in the "Young Indiana Jones Adventures."
