Getting Pikablu - Put a pokemon you dont want in 2nd place in the pokemon list. Then enter this gameshark code-01559FD1, 0157A0D1, 013AA1D1, 013BA2D1. This will only give the pokemon pikablu's powers. Pikablu has electric and ice attacks.
Getting Pikamew - Put in a pokemon you don't want in 3rd place in the pokemon list. enter this gameshark code-015EBD1, 0186CCD1, 0155CDD1, 057CED1. This will only give that pokemon Pikachu and Mews attacks which means psychic and electic.
