Welcome to the Pokemon Adoption Center. Here at the pokemon center are many abandoned pokemon. There are more and more pokemon coming in so we need someone to take care of them for us. Help by picking a pokemon from 1-150. Please don't pick more than 3 pokemon because it takes a long time to make everything set for us to send it to you. Please send your form toKuteMyuu@hotmail.com. Sorry I didn't get a form to do that for you. Please include the following in the form:
1. The Pokemon(s) you want to adopt
2. Your Name or nick name
3. A Nick name for each of the pokemon you choose to adopt
4. The level of each pokemon
5. The Abilities the pokemon knows
6. The home of the new pokemon (your site URL)
In order to adopt a pokemon you must read the following:
1. You must have a site
2. You should put my banner on your site anywhere noticeable Click Here
3. You should sign my guestbook
