Grilled Mussels Ingredients: 1 1/2
pound mussels Procedure: Clean mussels thoroughly. Remove the hard, herb-like filaments attached on every mussels. Place the mussels in a cooking pan with 1/4 cup water and let boil very briefly or until the shells begin to open up. Drain. Open the shells and discard the empty half of the bivalve. Arrange mussels in a baking dish. Combine all the remaining ingredients in a medium bowl. Spoon mixture over each open faced mussels. Grill in a preheated oven or over live coals for 3 minutes or until sizzling hot. Rachel
