Ingredients: 1
kg. ground pork Procedure: Mix ground pork, flour, sliced sweet pickles, raisins, salt and pepper. Add raw eggs. Take a piece of clean cloth and spread the mixture. Arrange sliced pickles, hard boiled eggs and sausages on top of the spread out mixture. Roll and wrap. Tie both opening. Put in large pot. Cover with broth, simmer until done. Cool. Unwrap and slice before serving. Serve with tomato sauce. Eden

tbsp oil Procedure: In a medium saucepan, heat oil, sautè garlic, ginger and onions for 2 minutes. Add pork, liver and kidney. Stir-fry for 5 minutes. Add meat stock and bring to a boil. Season with fish sauce, salt and black pepper. Lower heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add noodles, cook 1 minute and remove from heat. Garnish with green onions. Serve hot. Eden
