TRIBUTE
Aloysius
Ratnasingham, affectionately called “Aloy” was a co-founder and a past
president of the Senior Tamils’ Centre of Ontario. Besides giving his
voluntary services as a consultant to several social organizations, he also
dedicated himself as a social worker par excellence. His sudden demise has
created a large void in our midst.
The
popularity and fame achieved by the Senior Tamils’ Centre which was
established twenty years ago with the intention of providing a pleasant
environment, leisure and service to those of us who immigrated into Canada under
most distressing circumstances is undoubtedly attributable to our Dear Aloy.
Aloy
has served with dedication not only to our own community; he had extended his
voluntary services to all communities.
He
loved S.T.C. as his mother and providence had destined that he should offer up
his life on the laps of the very organization into which he had put in heart and
soul and which he served with unsparing devotion and dedication.
His
services shall be remembered for ever.
MAY
HIS SOUL REST IN PEACE.
