At the time of this web site’s completion and release date of September 28, 2002, its primary goal is to inform.  Nothing on this site is intended to discriminate since all beneficiaries will be treated equally as required by general fiduciary principles.  This site will not be a platform for politically charged or biased views that do not represent what is in the best interest of the beneficiaries as required by the indenture.  Nothing of vulgar or offensive language or images shall be displayed.

The site currently provides up to 20MB of memory of which less than 1MB is currently used.  The site also provides up to 1GB of bandwidth and should be sufficient for the limited visits it receives.  It is not anticipated that any upgrade will be necessary.

 

In order to keep the operations intact as they pass from one trustee to another.  Procedures were established to smooth the transition and insure homeowners are continually provided with the benefits of a website.
