Hi ya Room :-)

It's time to give some thought to attending our 4th Annual Chatbash in Niagara Falls Ontario! This year as U will notice, we are hosting our event the first weekend in October. With booking into this month, we were able to get a little better room rate this year. Soooo to make things interesting we are making Saturday Oct. 4, 2003 into a costume party! U don't have to dress up in order to join in on the fun but knowing some of U..lol..this could prove to be interesting. We will have prizes for the best and worse costumes etc.

Last year we were fortunate to have Brad99 donate his time as our DJ. This year however Brad99 is unsure if he will be able to attend. At the suggestion of a few of U chatters we thought we'd try 'spinning our own Cd's' this year with U our co-chatters bringing in your own Cd's and we will supply the stereo equipment. One of the highest expenses of hosting our party is the DJ. In order to make the job of playing DJ easier, please sign your name on our message board to take a turn. We are hoping enough of U will volunteer so that we would only require each of U (or pair up with a friend) to spin the Cd's for 30 minutes a turn.

I would like to take this time to thank Nightmyst for once again putting together this wonderful website. She has graciously done this for us putting in alot of hours to give everyone a place to go for our Chat Party information. Thank U sooooo much Misty, your time and effort is VERY much appreciated by all of us.

Well room I guess that's it for now. Please make sure U call in for your room reservations by Sept. 3, 2003 for our discounted rate. Feel free to pass this site on to those interested in joining us and be sure to check back periodically yourself for updates.

The Hotel has generously allowed us extra time to make room reservations. If you haven't made yours you still have time. Rooms will be available to you at the discounted rates as long as rooms remain available at the time of your call. You must ask to speak directly to Michelle Wright at ext. 154.
Check in time is 3:00 pm, hotel will make every effort to accommodate early arrivals however, as rooms may not be ready .
Checkout time is 11:00 am. Requests to retain room after 11:00 am, should be directed to Front Desk Supervisor after guest registration. A late departure charge may apply.

Itinerary

MEET AND GREET
Friday 6:00 pm in the Colonnade Room Dance time 8pm-1am with the bar opening at 6pm. Admission to the dance will be $10.

Saturday
Since we are hosting the CHAT BASH in October this year, the Saturday dance will be a COSTUME PARTY. Those wishing to participate will be eligible for prizes, however costumes ARE NOT required.
Time 8pm-1am with the bar opening at 7pm. Dance admission will be $10 either American or Canadian funds.

This year, in order to cut cost’s, the committee is asking you, the chatter’s, to bring your own CD’S. They should be labeled with your name clearly marked on the jewel case and if possible the CD itself. The committee will provide the music equipment. Please sign the message board on the website if are willing/able to play DJ for ½ hour in order for us to avoid hiring a DJ and incurring extra costs. If we do not find that we have enough volunteers, a DJ will have to be hired. This will result in an increase in the cost of admittance to the dance each night.

It will be a CASH BAR.
