Pastor Henry L Pettigrew, was an elder and ordained minister at Pennsylvania Deliverance Center. Founded by Apostle Arturo Skinner, located in Philadelphia Pennsylvania in 1975. The Lord spoke to pastor Pettigrew saying "Go to Columbus Ohio and find humble people that he could use for his glory". With approval from Apostle Skinner, Pastor Pettigrew moved to Columbus Ohio. Before he could establish the church, in March of 1975 Apostle Skinner was called home to be with the lord. With the back up from the home church cut off, Apostle Charles O Miles of the International Gospel Center in Ecorse Michigan, our fellowship church stood in the gap and allowed Pastor Pettigrew to become an ordained minister and pastor of the International Gospel Center in Columbus Ohio. Although it was a struggle Pastor Henry Pettigrew and Evangelist Beatrice Pettigrew established their church, which was located on MtVernon Ave. and then later moved to our new location where we now reside and 220 Miller Ave.
