The Aussie Rescue and Placement Helpline, Inc. (ARPH) is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization that is composed of volunteers who are dedicated to the Australian Shepherd breed. This website is devoted to promoting Australian Shepherd rescue in Ontario, Canada.
