Before you, are my Vampyre Pages, let me make this clear that I am not one of those who believe I am one or practice any kind of vampyre customs. This is just a reflection of my interest in the dark realms as portrayed in books and movies.
Vampyres (Vampires) have always scared me since I was real young. I watched the original Dracula and nightmares for days...hehe
There was a great deal of romantic influence in these films..as there was always a beautiful woman sought by the lonely Vampyre...to give her immortalty so they could be together forever..how romantic is that!
In these pages I will cover some of the great Vampyre movies and things relating to Vampyres.
(Yes ladies I will include Tom and Brad in "Interview with a Vampire") :-)

~The Movies~

There have been many vampire movies made from the amazing to the rediculous.
Here are a few of my favorites.

Nosferatu is the avatar of Count Dracula as depicted in the famous silent move of that name by the German director F.W. Murnau in 1922.
The title role was played by Max Schreck, and is probably the scariest looking vampire you will ever see.
There was a remake in 1979, starring Klaus Kinsky, whose rendition was faithful to the original.

One of my favs was Bram Stokers~Dracula. Garry Oldman playing the lead role.
