Scene opens to "Natural Wonder" Shane Jackson standing infront of a picture. He's wearing his Adidas basketball shoes, a pair of black jeans, and a grey, shimmering, open front, shirt. His short, dark, hair is moussed up. His Oakley's are over his eyes.
The room that surrounds him seems to be that of a museum. The memorabelia that adorns this particular room, and all the others for that matter, has to do with wrestling. Through the room and halls in the building are pictures, autographs, and objects that have to do with wrestling. If you were to take a walk through you would see photos of the Immortal Hulk Hogan, the Legendary Ric Flair, the Massive King Kong Bundy, the list is almost endless. Pictures of all the greats hang on the walls, "Superfly" Jimmy Snuka, Arn and Ole Anderson, "Ravishing" Rick Rude, and some of the not so greats, Paul Roma, Red Rooster, and Tugboat to name a few.
The picture that Shane is staring at happens to be of his former ICWA stable, eXXtreme. The picture features MaXx Graves, Minoru Fujita, "Suffering" Joe O'Brien, and himself. They are all standing together, each touching the ICWA World Title that Shane held at the time. MaXx and Minoru are on the sides, Shane and Joe stand in the middle, next to each other. All four of them have smiles on their faces.
Shane continues to look at the picture as he begins to talk.
Shane: Remember the old day's Joe?
Shane shakes his head.
Shane: Of course you do. You're still trying to live in them. You can't let go of the fact that the ICWA is dead. It's gone Joe! Plain and simple. Nothing you can do will bring it back.
Shane turns away from the picture and look at the camera.
Shane: You know why I didn't respond to you last week? Why I didn't reply? I had no reason to Joe. I didn't see a point.
Several people can be heard walking through the cozy museum. They walk and stop, walk and stop, walk and stop, as they wander through the museum looking at the attractions.
Shane: I don't know why you think "you" made "me"? I see it the other way. "I" made "you". I took the ICWA by storm. From day 1, I captured a title and won matches. I was what the company needed. What YOU needed. In a few short months the whole company had been rebuilt around me. Everything I did brought the ICWA recognition, brought it money, brought it fans, brought it acclaim. I was the ICWA! When my career took off you simply reached out your hand and snagged a ride to the top.
After a quick glance back at the picture Shane returns to looking at the camera.
Shane: I guess it was too bad I had to leave. Too bad I had some personal things to take care of. That day, after I lost the title to "Mr. TNN", I knew that the company would start to crumble the second I left the building. I sat on the sidelines for 3 months and watched it go downhill. Did I care? Yes! I cared that the company I started with was dying. Could I have come back?
Shane lowers his head and looks at the ground.
Shane: No.
He slowly looks up.
Shane: Why? Personal obligations.
Shane turns back to the picture and takes it off the wall. He turns back to camera, holding the picture in view.
Shane: My biggest regret, when I left the company, was that WE never got to finish what WE started.
A smile crosses Shane's face. He closes his fingers around the edges of the picture, covering MaXx and Minoru. All we see now is Shane and Joe standing together with the ICWA Title between them.
Shane: On Monday you re-lit the fire Joe. I can see it burning in me, and I can see it burning in you.
Shane drops the eXXtreme picture out of view. He pulls off his shirt and turns his right shoulder to the camera. Tattooed on his shoulder are four black letters. "ICWA".
Shane: The "Natural Wonder", the Cleveland Express, the Human Highlight Reel, call me what you want. It's not going to change what's coming.
The camera slowly begins to zoom in on Shane's shoulder. As if zooms in the shot starts to become blurry. At it's full zoom extension the image has become completley unrecognizable. The blurry image fades to black.
