| HISTORY |
The London
Powerlifting Club was started in 1990 by Terry Stinchcombe and Bob
Glendenning. |
| PURPOSE |
The Club was
started to promote powerliting in London by encouraging new lifters of
all ages, both men and women, and to facilitate hosting an annual
powerlifting contest. New Lifters are welcome give us a call . |
| TRAINING |
Originally the London Powerlifting Club trained at the Bob Hayward YMCA.

| AFFILIATION |
The London
Powerlifting Club is registered with the OPA, Ontario Powerlifting
Association, and through this association to the CPU, Canadian
Powerlifting Union, and the IPF, International Powerlifting Federation. |
