Personal trainer in Ottawa. Welcome to Freddy Palmer personal training program. I won the title of best bodybuilder in Ottawa in 1993. I have trained hundreds of satisfied customers since 1992. They include military personnel, construction workers, lawyers, doctors, dentists, police officers, fire fighters, recording artists, night club bouncers, sport athletes (golf, hockey, football, track, wrestling, baseball and martial arts) and even other personal trainers.

My clients range from Mike Platz who won the 1995 Mr. Ottawa contest under my training, to the 52-year-old woman who lost 50 pounds in 12 weeks. My clients are always happy with the results they get from my training. I promise and guarantee results from my personal training program.

-Step one is to determine what your fitness goal is.

-Step three is to show you proper techniques and correct wrong ones.
-Step four is to show you training techniques that will prevent plateau in the future.
-Step five includes follow up assessments.
