WHAT NEXT FOR

BARONIAL STATUS?

This is a very important question for all of us. Even though the polling has been sent to the Crown, it may be some time before we receive any official word concerning it. However, now is not the time to sit back and wait for word. We must move on with the selection of Baronial Officers, our name and our device.

At the February meeting, we took nominations for the various positions that are required at this time and a few extras. If you would like to nominate yourself, please let your seneschal know. At this time, the following represents the nominations we have at this time.

WHAT ARE WE VOTING ON?

We are only voting on the baronial officer positions at this time.

The names are listed in order for you to take a look at what has been proposed. The same for the devices. These are what have been proposed at the other populace meetings.

We will be voting on the name and the device at the May populace meeting. So make plans now to attend or make your desires known to your seneschal.

After we have our name and device approved, we can than start working on our proposed Baron/Baroness list/polling for Crown. At this time we have three sets of candidates: 1) Lord Calledon and Lady Maderun; 2) Sir Robert and Lady Patricia; 3) Lord Turgeis and Lady Sunniva.
