 Mooncake in the modern days. This traditional food is not forgotten depsite modernisation. However new flavours of mooncake paste are introduced to the modern market to keep up with consumer taste. It should be round but I ate this already and the knife wasn't sharp enough to cut it nicely. This filling is greenbean paste. Mooncake festival is celebrate on the 15th day of the 8th month of the lunar calender every year by the chinese community all over the world. |
