My brother calls it SMITE
I am STILL recovering from the shock of waiting SEVEN years to see Radiohead, getting tickets, getting through the gates long enough to buy concert t-shirts and then running back to the car to beat the on-coming thunderstorm.
The ensueing rain was as equally catasclysmic(to me) as the deluge that assaulted poor Noah, although Noah did not have Radiohead to look forward to seeing.
The ONE and ONLY really bad thunderstorm to come through on a weekend ALL summer and it HAD to be when Radiohead came to town!
I feel utter and total dissapointment and I know there are other fans out there who share my pain... especially you poor people who had to drive from places as far away as Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Delaware (I saw your license plates!). It didn't help that WHFS played some select Radiohead songs to make us feel worse about idling in the rain for an hour waiting to leave that hellhole.
