FOR THE FIT AND THE STYLE THAT WILL SATISFY YOU
DETERMING YOUR SIZE: All wigs feature Velcro tabs for individual fitting but you should still determine if your head-size is petite or average. Use a tape-measure to follow your hairline just above the ears. Petite wigs fit a head size of up to 21-1/2". Average wigs fit a head size between 21-1/2" to 22-1/2". If unsure, feel free to E-mail us with measurements.
CHOOSING YOUR STYLE: If you have an oval shaped face, almost any wig style will be flattering. If you have a longer face, choose a wig style which allows for fullness at the sides and minimizes height at the top. If you have a round, square or heart-shaped face, you are better complimented by a wig style that adds height to the top. Adding fullness and volume to the top and brushing the sides close to the head will create an overall oval look.
WEARING FOR THE FIRST TIME: Remove the hairnet and save for later use. Give your wig a few gentle shakes to loosen the fibers. For medium length or longer hair, begin by pulling back your own hair into small flat pincurls. You may also use a wig cap liner. Starting at the front of your head, place the wig on and pull over the back of your head. To adjust the sizing, remove the wig and use the hooks for a secure fit.
STYLING TIPS: Most wigs require very little effort, and you can use your fingertips or a wig styling comb for a quick touch-up. To control fly-away strands, mist your wig lightly with fresh cool water. To hold your style in place, use a wig spray for synthetic hair.
EASY CARE: Place your wig on a wig stand when not in use. If there are tangles, lightly spray your wig with a wig conditioner for synthetic hair, and gently comb through using your fingertips or a wide-tooth comb.
WASHING YOUR WIG: Depending on your lifestyle, you may want to wash your wig after 15-20 wearings. Use a wig shampoo for synthetic hair and follow the instructions carefully. Lastly, use a leave-in wig conditioner for synthetic hair. Gently comb through any tangles, and allow your wig to air dry on a wig stand.
IMPORTANT! NEVER USE HEATED STYLING TOOLS ON YOUR WIG (I.E. CURLING IRONS, BLOW DRYERS, HEATED ROLLS, ETC.) KEEP YOUR WIG AWAY FROM ALL SOURCES OF HEAT.
