Correspondence
Any email, written correspondence, voice mail or phone messages we receive may contain e-mail addresses, fax or voice telephone numbers or other contact information. This information may be used by our employees to respond to your questions, comments or requests. All correspondence received is kept in an active state for one year then permanently archived.

Delivery of your information.
The information that you provide to us through the interview process is delivered to the lender(s) that have been authorized to receive your information. These lenders may contact you directly via phone, e-mail or other communications. The lender(s) may store and use your information at their discretion. Please request a copy of lender's privacy policy once you have been contacted by the lender(s).

Spam
We do not appreciate, condone, support and nor engage in, the practice of sending unsolicited email (aka SPAM). We will not send you any electronic or written information unrelated to your specific use of this service.

Aggregate Statistical Data
Cityloans.com retains the right to share aggregated data with our lenders and investors for the sole purpose of investor presentations, market research and to better understand our client base. This aggregate statistical data does not and will not ever include personally identifiable information that could identify you or your transaction.

Security
Our system is designed to safeguard your information and protect your privacy. We do not disclose any detail about our security techniques, equipment, devices, software, hardware or tools, as we believe in the practice of "security through obscurity" as an important security tactic.

Deletion of your information.
Your information is automatically deleted from our online system after 30 business days.
