Well, I can't believe it, my littlest baby is a year and a half old all ready! *SNIFF* *SNIFF* She is quite a little character! Busy doesn't quite begin to describe her! We went out to eat with some friends the other week. I was holding Lydia's hand and "walking" arund with her. One of the people we were dining with asked what would happen if I let go of her. I replied, "Have you ever seen a ball in a pinball machine?" That's my Lydia! She loves to play with her big brother and sister. She loves to give them hugs and kisses. She also likes to tease them. She has an excellent sense of humor for such a little girl. She is a joy to be around, and brings a smile to anyone who meets her!
Did I mention that she is brilliant? She said her first word at an unbelievable 6 weeks. That's not a typo, and no, I'm not crazy, she was just six weeks when Corey was saying "hi" to her, and she plain as day said "hi" right back. My Mom didn't believe me either, until she came over and heard her say it too!
We just had this one taken of Lydia in October 2004. She was 21 months old. Isn't she beautiful!

Corey learned how to use the timer on the camera, so he took quite a few pictures of himself and us that day! That's Corey on the end, me squished in the middle holding Lydia, and Arminda on the other end.
Corey and the timer again, this time he got his Dad (my husband, Brian) in the picture too.
I really like this picture. It's Lydia with Brian's brother, Uncle Jeff. Lydia thinks Jeff is something special!
