Also be sure that you'll receive a copy of each inquiry, so you'll be able to track your advertising effectiveness. You want to collect the e-mail addresses of the prospects, in order to follow up with them.

One last requirement of a good autoresponder service is unlimited changes. As your company changes, you'll need to update your autoresponder.
