Sorry I'm still working this list
Rock
- David Bowie (He is the Man, he was the inspiration for the Cure, Smashing Pumpkins, Marilyn Manson, Nine Inch Nails and MANY others)
- Limp Bizkit (Listen to their song Faith in MP3 form. This is a good representation of them.)
- Korn (They are one of the few mainstream bands still doing rock)
- Nine Inch Nails (GREAT band period)
- Switchblade Symphony (This is a great girl goth band)
Techno
- The Prodigy (If you have seen Hackers or really any movie recently then you have heard the Prodigy.)
- Chemical Brothers (Block Rocking Beats, Setting Sun, Let forever be... again if you have seen hackers you have heard them.)
- The Dust Brothers (The don't really do alot of their own stuff, they remix songs for bands all the time but some of their own work is the entire fight club soundtrack except for the where is my mind song)
- KMFDM (Sounds alot like Nine Inch Nails but more intsrumental, though now they are MFDMK)
- Aphex Twin (Unless you frequent Raves or are a techno freak you may not have ever heard this and there is no waty to describe it)
- Photek (see Aphex Twin)
