Yes I know many of the movies are also on the book list. This is because in many cases These movies are as good as the books.
Sci-Fi
- The Star Wars Trilogy plus Episode I (These are the best movies ever made)
- Dune (I know this bombed in the box office so read the book and then see the movie)
- A Clockwork Orange (This movie will screw with you pretty good)
- Waterworld (This movie kicked ass and never make fun of it unless you have actually seen it.)
- The Mad Max Series [Mad Max, Road Warrior and Beyond the Thunderdome](Man I never get tired of seeing these movies)
- MST3K the Movie (A cheesy 50's movie that is made fun of by Mike Nelson and the Bots)
- Vampire Hunter D (Just a Cool Anime movie)
- Ghost in The Shell (See Above)
- Strange Days (Movie about December 31, 1999)
- The Postman with Kevin Costner (post apocalyptic future with postmen?)
- All Four Alien Movies (Disgusting, slimy aliens eating people. YAY!!)
- The First Few planet of The Apes Movies cause after awhile they get kinda old (Monkey's Rule a post apocalyptic world)
- Virtuosity (This is a movie about nannites and an awesome serial killer)
- Twelve Monkeys (Awesome post apocalyptic movie with Brad Pitt and Bruce Willis)
- Matrix, eXistenZ, and the 13th Floor (three movies about virtual reality and how far technology can go)
Fantasy/Supernatural
- Princess Mononoke (This animation isn't for kids)
- Both Prophecy movies (Arch angels fighting it out over control of the world)
- Willow (Lots of midgets so a good movie)
- Fallen (More evil angels being naughty)
- Interview With The Vampire (Angst Ridden FRENCH vampires. DIE FRENCHIES!!!)
- The Blair Witch Project (Good movie, I don't care what you think Talbert and Ygraine I liked it)
- The Sixth Sense (GREAT Surprise ending)
- Time Bandits (more midgets. Definitely means good movie)
Action Flicks
- FIGHT CLUB (I just saw this movie and it ROCKED!!!!!!!!! It has little to do with fighting)
- Braveheart (Scots beating up the English. Does it get any better?)
- Rob Roy (A bunch of Scots beating on the English. What a fun plot)
- Batman and Batman Returns (The only good Batman movies)
- All of the Indiana Jones Movies (These kick, if you haven’t seen them then you must have been in a cave for awhile)
- Pulp Fiction and Reservoir Dogs (Tarintino Masterpieces)
- The Usual Suspects (This is a good movie about who dunnit and what the heck is going on)
- Saving Private Ryan (After seeing this movie I think I was in shell shock for about two days Damn it make you think)
- Taxi Driver (Are You Reading My List? Are You Reading My List? You Must Be Cause Yous is Readin This. Check it out Deniro, Kietel, and a young Jody Foster)
- Con-Air (Only see this for Steve Buscemi's role as the mass murderer)
- The Mummy (The main hero is named Rick O'Connell you have to watch it)
- Heat (Deniro and Pachino in a cops and robbers flick)
- Ghost Dog (This is a great Assassin flick where the assassin uses the code of the samurai to live by)
- The Patriot (Gibson in a Braveheart for the American Revolution)
- The Gladiator (Spartacus for Generation X)
- True Romance (great movie with Gary Oldman, Chrsitian Slater, Chrsitopher Walken and Dennis Hopper)
Humor
- Clerks,Mallrats,Chasing Amy, and now Dogma (Kevin Smith Is a genius)
- Monty Python's Life of Brian, Meaning Of Life, And The Search For The Holy Grail(Just plain ole funny movies)
- Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead (Wow!! Development of their characters)
- Baseketball (Yes I may lose points but I like Matt Stone and Trey Parker)
- Orgasmo (See above)
- Kentucky Fried Movie (Great Zucker Abraham Zucker flick, same guys that brought you Airplane and Naked gun)
Drama and Misc.
- Seven (Kevin Spacy, Brad Pit, Morgan Freeman....need I say more)
- Go (One of those movies where it is told from multiple perspectives)
- Cube (People stuck in a killer cube trying to escape..one of the best tension movies EVER)
- Trainspotting (Good movie about Heroin addicts)
- Eraserhead (Watch this movie and then watch it again, if it makes any sense email me. I hope you are happy Indi)
- One Flew over The Cuckoos Nest (Jack Nicholson as a crazy man in an asylum. Gotta love it)
- American Beauty (Kevin Spacy at his finest since his last movie)
- American Psycho (Another Disturbing movie in same feel as Clockwork Orange)
